Creating an Account

During this session, you will be introduced to your dedicated senior solutions engineer, who will guide you through the registration process, ensuring that all necessary details are captured accurately and that your unique business requirements are met.

Complete the Registration: After your consultation, you will receive a registration link. Follow the link to complete your registration by providing the required information. Your solutions engineer will be available to assist you throughout this process, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup.

Configuring Your Account

Enable Payment Methods (Collect): Once your account is established, the next step is to configure it to align with your payment processing requirements. Our senior solutions engineers will work closely with you to enable the payment methods you want to offer across 20+ markets in Africa and the Middle East. As your merchant of record, CrissCross handles all payment provider relationships, so you can enable payment methods directly through the dashboard without needing to register with individual providers. CrissCross supports a wide array of payment methods including cards, mobile money, bank transfers, and region-specific solutions, allowing seamless acceptance and management.

Set Up Payment Rules (Collect): Setting up payment rules is another critical aspect of configuration. These rules determine how payments are routed and processed, enabling automation of payment flows without the need for coding. Set Up Payout Destinations: For Payouts functionality, you’ll configure payout methods (bank transfers, mobile money, and stablecoin wallets) and destination countries.
