Accounts

These endpoints support both trading and payout operations, giving you a unified view and control over your funds across various currencies.

Key Endpoints

• Balances: Check available, locked, and total balances across all supported currencies. This endpoint provides a complete view of your funds held with CrissCross.
• Deposits: Fund your account with our supported fiat and cryptocurrencies.
• Withdrawals: Access funds from your CrissCross account by initiating withdrawals to a bank or crypto wallet.

Getting Started

1. Check Your Balances: Use the Get Account Balances endpoint to view your current balances across all currencies.

2. Fund Your Account:

   • For crypto deposits: Use the Get Crypto Deposit Address endpoint to get a deposit address.
   • For fiat deposits: Use the Get Fiat Deposit Bank Account endpoint to get bank account details.

3. Withdraw Funds: Use the Request Withdrawal endpoint to withdraw funds to your bank account or crypto wallet. For crypto withdrawals, specify the network in the request; supported values are documented in the API reference (e.g. ERC20, TRC20 for stablecoins; BTC for Bitcoin). For fiat withdrawals, provide the required bankAccount fields; required fields can vary by currency—see the API reference for the withdrawal request schema.

4. Track Transactions: Use the Deposit History and Withdrawal History endpoints to monitor your transactions.

Fiat

• Fiat Currencies: USD, EUR, NGN, XOF, XAF, GHS, KES, ZAR, AED, EGP

Crypto

• Supported Currencies: USDT, USDC, BTC
• Supported Networks: For crypto withdrawals and deposits, use the network values documented in the API reference (e.g. ERC20, TRC20 for USDT/USDC; BTC for Bitcoin). Check the Request Withdrawal and deposit endpoints for the current network enum.
