Fired when we cancel an active lock before expiresAt because the market rate
drifted beyond the allowed tolerance (cancellationReason: market_drift). A
cancellation you request yourself via the cancel endpoint does not trigger a
webhook. Notification-only: no new rate is embedded; call POST /v1/rate-locks
to obtain a fresh lock.
